Oceana, Oceanside  
Oceana is an established, active senior community in the City of Oceanside, North San Diego County, California. The Pacific Ocean is less than ten minutes away, and residents enjoy afternoon ocean breezes, a nearby shopping mall, and several tourist attractions.

With over 930 homes, the community offers a variety of floor plans (both detached and attached), a clubhouse, wood shop, art room, lapidary shop, two pools, a Jacuzzi, a computer center, game rooms, and an adjacent golf course.

Built in the late '60s and early '70s, the community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of and elected by Oceana homeowners. An on-site management team is available to meet the needs of our owners.

Community Activities
Oceana is fortunate to have so many qualified individuals who are willing to share their experience in a wide range of activities with wonderful facilities in which these activities can take place. They have a clubhouse with an auditorium & stage, card & game rooms, library, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

You have a wide variety to choose from - arts & crafts, woodshop, cards and games, exercise programs, dance classes, golf, social events, trips and tours. All of our activities are led by exceptional volunteers who are willing to share their experience.
