homes in Oceanside, CA. The small community is very friendly and affordable.

The homes are modular, meaning the walls were constructed in a factory
and assembled on site. But these are not mobile homes - each home is attached
to a permanent foundation. The
developer removed the interior paneling and added drywall. The pitched
roofs give the homes a great Cape Cod appearance.
Front yards are mowed & trimmed by the HOA. Homeowner
fees are currently $126 per month and includes front yard maintenance,
common area maintenance, a gated community, and all amenities. Annual
real estate taxes are estimated to be 1 1/4% of the purchase price.
There is a community pool, spa, R.V. parking lot, clubhouse, greenbelt
with a walking path & fountain. The RV lot is $25 add'l per month
and is based on 1st come 1st serve basis with R.V.'s taking preference
over trucks or vehicles.

Residents
can remain private or partake in the many community activities; bridge,
poker, dominos, cribbage, bingo, bunko, luncheons, line dancing, bible
study, billards, swimmercize, pinochle, potlucks, & more!
The community clubhouse includes a large meeting/party room which contains
a full kitchen. That room can be reserved by residents for large parties.
There is also
a library room with a fireplace and a billard room.
